Orca version 2.91.90pre released

Orca version 2.91.90pre has been released. I am running it here with no issues. Please follow the instructions for your distro to obtain and install orca. This release enhanced support for libreoffice and openoffice.org by reducing lock-ups and crashes. This version also made it so that if there is a screen reader running, it will autostart.
